Once your listing is live, interested buyers can reach out directly through in-app messaging. From there you can answer questions, schedule tours, and manage your availability — all directly in the app. No middleman, no delays.

What if the home I want isn't listed on SellBuyMe?

You can still use SellBuyMe. Share your invite link with the seller, invite them to list their property in the app, connect and work through it directly together — free for everyone. Even if they choose not to join, you can still use the app to track and manage your buying process and leverage the tools and resources available to you.

How does the offer process work?

Buyers submit a price offer directly to the seller through the app. The seller can accept, counter, or reject it — all through in-app messaging. Once a price offer is accepted, both parties can share the documents needed to get the deal across the finish line. Need help with the docs? You can easily connect with a real estate attorney to draft and review the Purchase Agreement, Seller’s Disclosure, and everything in between.

Do I need a real estate attorney?

Not required — but strongly advisable. Legal documents are a critical part of every real estate transaction, including the Purchase Agreement and Seller’s Disclosure among others. Connecting with an attorney can be invaluable in protecting your interests and helping ensure a smooth closing — particularly in states that require attorney involvement.
